The rigorous path. The body contains our vikarma. (Negative karma, and negative inherent tendencies) Yoga burns vikarma and harmonizes our system, and then craving, grasping, and wanting begin to recede. This unique practice is designed to ignite the strength and energy of the body and the courage of the heart. This class is both challenging and very healing and is open to all levels. It will include a short talk, breath-initiated movement, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing, and meditation.
