THEATRE FARE is a FREE play reading class intended, not relegated, for senior citizens. It is ALWAYS the 2nd TUESDAY of 10 months per year. NO class in July and August. It is from 9AM, sharp! to 11:30AM. Our nationally famous Pacific Resident Theatre (.com) was founded in Venice 1985; we have three theatres, 703-707 Venice Blvd., Venice, California, USA, 90291. Some of the reads are by PRT artists, some of the reads are by class members, some are of class members reading their own writings! I produce plays in ADVANCE, usually a year ahead! Yet, class members may suggest works to be produced, also. Yes, anyone may donate towards all the scripts/copies of/fliers costs. The class is always in Memoriam of Judith Montgomery. At Times, I set reads outside of class site.
The play JACK and JILL, shall be a special read on ... SATURDAY 26th Jan 2019, at 10am sharp (park by 9:30!).
It is also for class on Tuesday the 12th Feb... for Valentine's day time! March 12th holds a bevy of readers for an array of Dorthy Parker's works!
REMINDERS: NO recording devices in use in class/theatres; NO foods/beverages in theatres,water: yes. bring a wrap...NO heat in theatres; NO animals; NO late seating; IF EMERGENCY late: enter HUSHED, devices OFF, and WAIT for a proper time to sit; NO class ever in July/August!
