Chamber Fitness Fridays at Penmar Park with Robin Solo of Turning Point Pilates

Kick start your summer, energize your day, grab a mat and towel, and join us for Fitness Fridays, an 8-week work out series for people of all levels.
 
Robin Solo, Owner of Turning Point Pilates, will be the guest instructor for July 24th for a Pilates Mat class. Mat classes tone, strengthen, lengthen and increase flexibility. To create resistance, in Mat Class we apply the body’s own weight. Please bring a mat and let Robin know of any injuries or serious conditions. (More about Robin and Turning Point Pilates below)

Water and snacks will be sponsored by Brittany Cook from Allstate Insurance Company/BNC Insurance.  There is no charge to participate and members are encouraged to invite friends and colleagues.
 
About Fitness Friday: 
Hosted by a different member studio and trainer every Friday, members attending will experience a variety of practices, such as yoga and pilates, that will help add more diversity to their existing workout or for many, introduce them to ways they can have fun while exercising.  

We know that productivity increases when we engage in activities that nourish our body, mind, and spirit.
