About Venice Arts
For 24 years, Venice Arts has transformed the lives of local low-income youth through photography and film education. Our Art Mentoring & Education program fosters youths' creativity and critical thinking through a dynamic, experiential learning environment, college support, internships, and more, all free of charge for low-income families. In addition to our core programs for youth, we engage the public through exhibitions, film screenings, and artists’ talks focused on documentary photography and film.
Earlier this year, Venice Arts moved to a new, two-building campus that doubles our size and offers an exciting platform for expansion and growth, enabling us to expand our programs and commitment to creative education, access, and equity for low-income children and teens. As we approach our 25th anniversary in 2018, we invite the entire Venice community to be part of our future vision.
