Event Description:

Join us for an evening of networking, mixing, mingling, and multi-disciplinary cultural arts hosted by Electric Lodge. Enjoy delicious drinks and appetizers at this welcoming venue that provides state-of-the-art technical resources for visual and creative artists to develop and display publicly.

The Electric Lodge will have wonderful entertainment during the Connect Mixer! 

Members: $10.00

About Electric Lodge 
Electric Lodge is a laboratory for artists and environmentalists, we engage our community through the visual and performing arts, innovative classes, programs and seminars, providing experiential contexts and opportunities for dialogue.  The Electric Lodge is a torch bearer in the effort to stimulate public understanding and support for the creation of a sustainable worldwide eco-system.

The Electric Lodge produces two monthly signature programs.  The first is called High Voltage, which coincides with First Friday on Abbot Kinney. The program is hosted by the Associate Artistic Director, Josh Berkowitz. The evening features innovative local performance artists doing what they do best. All shows start at 9pm on the First Friday of every month (with the exception of January and July) and there is a cost to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.

The other program is MAX10 held on the first Monday of the month.  As the name implies, 10 performers are given no more than 10 minutes to do whatever performance best expresses who they are as artists. Minimal tech is allowed so the focus is on the artist! After the program, there is a reception held with a selection of affordable beers and wines which allows guests to speak to the performers. This program is also held monthly (with the exception of January and July) for a small cost and all performances start at 7:30pm.

Venice Connect is an evening networking event designed for active and engaged professionals who are seeking to enhance their involvement in the local business community.

Hosted on the 4th Wednesday in January, April, July and October from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, at fun locations in and around Venice, Chamber members and prospective members gather to meet, mix and mingle. When you attend this event consistently, you can expect to:

**Meet other like-minded people involved in the local community
**Learn about the latest events & opportunities happening in the Venice area
