Every first Sunday, we gather in a circle of sisters to share our experiences of traversing menopause. Facilitated by Donna Edge (The Edge Approach), menopause movement and mindfulness coach, and Lisa Arshawsky, menopause expert and women’s health practitioner, this circle offers a supportive space to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Together, we’ll explore essential menopausal topics and engage in open sharing, lived experience, breathwork, and meditation—all while building meaningful connections with women who truly understand what you’re going through. Aging takes a fierce commitment to health, but many of us don’t know where to turn for guidance. Join our circle as we move forward into the future with strength and vitality.
We’ll explore topics such as navigating physical and emotional shifts, embracing aging in a youth-centric culture, committing to health and well-being, living a purposeful life, shaping the legacy we are creating today, and how nutrition, supplements, and movement can support us through menopause.
