SUMMARY:California Public Utilities Commission (CPUP) Public Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The state agency responsible for setting energy policies the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) -- is holding a public meeting in LA on September 12th. This provides an opportunity to share your opinions about how the state should reduce greenhouse gas emissions from buildings to meet state climate goals. \n\nAs you know\, some regulators and legislators are advocating for a singular pathway to building decarbonization\, called electrification. Please let me know you're interested in making comments in support of a more inclusive\, technology-neutral approach\, which considers the environment\, consumer choice\, affordability and reliability. I hope you can\, the commission needs to hear the opinions of your members.\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP to Mike Harriel\, SoCalGas Public Affairs Manager\, by emailing MHarriel@socalgas.com
