Dr. Wolbers helps busy, driven women find the root cause of symptoms like digestive problems, hormone imbalance, low energy, and chronic stress. Her care focuses on gut health and the gut-brain connection. She uses food as medicine, herbal support, and personalized nutrition plans so each patient's energy can keep up with their goals. Dr. Wolbers earned her medical degree from the National University of Natural Medicine and holds a bachelor's degree in dietetics. Instead of guesswork, she teaches patients to read their body's own patterns so they can make confident health decisions.
