Salt & Straw annouces The Tacolate

Salt & Straw is thrilled to unveil its newest creation: The Tacolate (pronounced like “chocolate”) — an ice cream taco unlike anything seen before. The team spent 18 months perfecting every element of this frozen masterpiece. Co-founder and head ice cream maker Tyler even traveled to Europe in search of the ideal waffle press.

The result is a next-level dessert experience: cinnamon-ancho ice cream nestled inside a hand-pressed, crunchy waffle cone taco, then dipped in rich dark chocolate and topped with crisp puffed quinoa. Guests can elevate each bite with a drizzle of Mango Jalapeño and Wildberry Cinnamon sauce.
